SunSpot Miami Rentals is a property management company located in South Miami Beach Florida.
We manage all types of real estate but specialize in the short term rental of condos in South Beach.

How can you rent your Unit so much cheaper than the Hotel?
The shelborne is a condo Hotel about 25% of the rooms are owned by private owners that use the units for their own personal use and a some unit owners rent out their units through the Hotel's rental Program or through a private management company such as SunSpot Rentals. When the hotel rents out a private owner's unit the hotel charges fees to the owner and then splits the profit with them. The unit owner usually gets about 30%-40% of what the Hotel charges the guest.   We found that we can offer the owner's units directly to guests for about 50% less than the Hotel charges and still make better profit for the owners. This is a win-win situation. You get the room at 1/2 of what the hotel charges and the owners make a bit more than if they put our unit in the hotel program.

Are there any differences between renting directly from you guys instead of through the hotel? 

YES! There are benefits and disadvantages.

Benefits:

• We provide Free high speed internet Access in the Unit.
• We have Cable TV .
• All of our units renovated and updated. Wood Floors, Modern furniture, Nice linens, ect.
• We have a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.
• We are about 50% of their rates!!
• You also have full use of all other hotel amenities. Pool, gym, restaurants, lounge, bar and the Beach.

Disadvantages:

• You can not use the Bell Boy or Bell Boy's Cart to carry your bags up to your room.
• You can not Charge meals at the resturant or drinks at the bar to the room (You may pay with Cash or CC) 
• There is no room service for our rooms.
• There is no daily maid service with our unit.
