Room Rental Rules
1. No Smoking in the Room.
2. Please no Parties or loud music in the Room.
3. Please Be respectful of the Neighbors.
4. Rooms Sleep a maximum of 4 people. Some rooms may be able to sleep 5 with an air Mattress that we can supply for a $50 Fee.

Check-in
Check in time is 3:00 PM.  We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check out needed. (3 hours at most) for an additional fee.
We will personally meet you in the Hotel Lobby to deliver the keys and take you up the room.

Check out
Check out time is 11:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate a late checkout if needed. (3 hours at most) for an addition fee. When you check out Simply leave your keys and in the room and lock the door behind you. We do not offer luggage storage after checkout.

Special note on Early Check-in and Late Checkouts
We cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out but will do our best to accommodate you. If you need a late checkout out after 2pm or an early check-in before 12 noon you will need to book and pay for an additional day.

Payment Requirements
25% of Full Rental Payment Due at booking
Remaining Balance due 30 Days prior to check-in if paying by credit card or check. You can also pay the remaining 75% in cash on arrival.
$250 Security Deposit is required during Memorial Week, Spring Break, New years and WMC Weeks.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to check-in you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is received within 45 days of check-in there will be no refunds of any monies paid.
If you think you may need to cancel within 45 Days of checkin we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip.  www.insuremytrip.com is our recommendation.

Parking
Parking is not included in the unit rental. There are several parking lots in the area charging $20 to $30 per day. You may also park on the street at a cost of $1.75 per hour. Miami Beach uses meters that take Dollars, coins or credit cards.

Additional Fees
All Rentals are subject to a one time cleaning/Departure Fee of $50 (Higher for 1 & 2 bedroom units) and state and local taxes of 13%.
